This might not work on all flat foot panda models, as some are slightly more custom than others.

1. Import the FBX in to blender with your main avatar FBX
2. Make sure the bone names of your main model match with the stockings!
3. Using CATS blender plugin, combine both armatures! Your main model armature in slot one, stocking armature in slot 2.
4. MAKE SURE YOU SET IT TO MERGE ALL BONES!
5. DISABLE DELETING ZERO WEIGHT BONES, CLEANING SHAPE KEYS, AND JOINING MESHES.
6. OTHERWISE THINGS WILL BREAK.
7. Drag prefab in to scene.
8. Copy components from prefab to your model with Pumkin Avatar Tools.
9. Grab latest https://github.com/VRLabs/Avatars-3.0-Manager
10. Merge the Flat Panda Anims Controller with your FX controller on your main model.
11. Copy over the parameters.
12. Copy over the menu, or make your own.
